As long as people think either major party will actually do what they say they’ll do, nothing will change. The pols are playing us for stupid chumps and we prove them right every November.
It has come to my attention that many commenters to this site are more frequently referring to themselves as liberals or conservatives rather than their less attractive party designated name. I gather it’s because many of us have realized that various political leanings and moral views are not being adequately portrayed by the parties that boast such ideals.
