Cat Box Empire.

Artificial catnip is the next big thing. All you need is a small lab and a basic knowledge of chemistry.Oh… and a hat. Can’t do it without the hat.I am the thing that scratches at the door.

You have to love the way today’s FA is littered with chemical and TV references.

For someone (like myself) who knows nothing about the allegedly very popular cable TV show, Breaking Bad, since I don’t have cable, nor about the meth lab business, since I’m not in that line of work, today’s panel can be nothing but an enigma, a hat-wearing enigma (I’m a wearer of a specific type of cap habitually, myself)….

This is a crossover. Teresa’s is obviously welcoming a newcomer to this site by playing with his characters. Teresa did a ziggy conglomeration recently. At least that naked Luv is dude isn’t back. I can’t stomach that dude. ACKK.

If Lester Holt doesn’t work out, this looks like a good fill-in for Brian Williams (until things blow over).

Suddenly I find I’m falling behind. The “umpire cat” comment that occurred to me just seems too lame. (Sigh.)

My best male human friend,a cat lover. Has to keep one around, though not much for dogs.

Bad cat! Bad cat! “Misremembering” the news, and wearing shades so we can’t read your tell! And hats off at the table, please! This cat is breaking multiple rules.

A periodic tabby can’t be that bad.

“Breaking Cat News” and “Connie to the Wonnie” helped ease the anguish while Teresa was away. Now we have them all.
