    Just sit right backAnd you’ll hear a tale . . .

A better one than Gilligan’s Island, it is fervently to be hoped. If anyone can come up with one, it’s Jef.

I love chalk boards….I’ve always said that a good teacher could teach anything with just a piece of chalk and a chalk board, Felt marker boards are almost as much fun, but smart boards? Whole lotta fun….But I still like chalk boards….

Clak holders? Well just because they exiisted never ment my schools had the money to buy them!.As for washing the board? yeah that happened once a WEEK if you were lucky. No time, either for washing OR drying. .I still remember beating out the erasers less than 25 years ago. We used to play “who can make the most side walk chalk art with the dust in the erasers?”.I had one teacher in middle school that when they switched to white boards, on the days she got new markers you’d get high just walking into the building — oh, and the dust from the white boards is even more obnoxious (stains really badly, chalk dust you can at least beat out easily.)
