Wait just a second for a minute here — they were chasing a real June Bug? It wasn’t one of those things that are only visible to feline eyes? How wonderfully weird of them!

it seems we are WAY behind the strip.perhaps I should be going to the source rather than reading it here.

@ekw visit www.breakingcatnews.com for the origin. she signed up w/gocomics later. However if you go there start from this strip or from the beginning, you can’t start from just the last one because there is a story arc going on at the moment involving the laundry room!

Those June bugs are so annoying. And the cats are right, they should stay in June. One month is enough. -
(Have you tried CTRL + to make the screen larger? Do it several times to make it really big. CTRL – makes it smaller again.)

I remember the first June bug that got inot my room, it was exactly like that! I am also old, the printing would be much nicer for me a whole lot bigger!!!

June bugs don’t care if it’s July. They like tormenting you and giving you something to talk about. They also keep you on your toes.

I found this comic after seeing the white cat on Frog Appaluse.http://www.gocomics.com/frogapplause/2015/02/10.Are June bugs really that big or do those cats just perceive it that way?

Sometimes the comic they share here and the current one on the website are different. I check both places because I don’t want to miss one. This comic is awesome!!!!!!!!

I love the description of a June Bug being a Mediterranean date with a hard candy shell. I’m sure my cats think of them that way. Lily loves hunting June bugs. Those that she doesn’t eat, she lines up in front the door as gifts for me.

We have large metallic green bugs (maybe Japanese beetles) who are active well into August. Standing in line at a new cake shop it was funny to watch ladies and girls screaming and swatting as they were dive bombed. I quipped, “Don’t worry, they don’t eat much!” Then I turned over a few beetles that had got swatted to the ground so they could recover and fly away… Never had one land in MY hair.

one Sunday when I was leaving church with my grandma she was talking to her friends and the car door was locked so I just walked around the car then I finally got in the car and discovered that there was a June bug in my hair!
