Phoebe: I think her name is Stephanie or something, but now she likes me so she's copying me. Marigold: You could call her "Phoebe 2." Phoebe: I was thinking "Small Auxiliary Backup Phoebe."

According to Dana’s website, in a post from 2/13, there will be about six more weeks of repeats while she builds up a backlog of new strips for the newspaper breakout. So, new strips soon (hopefully).

From that Feb. post: “my editor says I can tell you this: MARCH 30! That is the date that “Phoebe and Her Unicorn” hits newspapers. (If a paper has only bought the Sunday strips, as some do, the date is April 5.)”

Dogday88 said I have not met my unicorn yet. Wrong. I met him a ton of years ago, a beautiful palomino with an invisible horn. Like Phoebe i rode my unicorn many times bareback without anything in his mouth or on his head. Just me and my unicorn. All I did was talk to him, never kicked him in the ribs, never used a crop on him. Just “walk, trot, canter, whoa, stay” with slight knee pressure to direct him.
