It works well for Rat. For others? Not so much. Well unless they were trying to lose weight, and he hits them just right.

I tried the Paleo Diet…. The only thing I lost was the price of the book plus postage and handling.

the paleo diet is like the atkins diet, except you go around scratching yourself like a monkey(fleas not included with purchase of book)

I was afraid for a moment there that Rat’s Paleo diet was to club people and eat THEM.
