Very good of him to have the dog leashed — wouldn’t want it to run away. He even brought a pooper-scooper Shame he didn’t think of a fishing rod.

I suspect we’ll soon find out how this can be interpreted politically. Lol

It does leave a lot to the imagination metaphorically speaking. Lets get a couple of lawn chairs and watch.

But I have to ask, who needs a pooper scooper if there’s no food? Oh, right Dominos in under 30 minutes!

Clearly this is a symbolic metaphor of the 24-hour news cycle, in which proponets of ALL political viewpoints must appear to discover anew the same things they discussed to death in the last hour. After all, the audience that heard those impassioned diatribes may have changed.

Not a non-sequitur: I recall seeing John Cleese being interviewed on a chat show and mentioning his appreciation for stage actors, and amazement at their ability to present their roles over and over without being bored (presumably by concentrating on the fact that the performance is new to people in the audience). Since he enjoys theater, Cleese expressed pleasure that there were people who could do this for his entertainment; Cleese himself worked in TV and film where they capture the best performance out of a handful, and move on, doing something new.

One would expect TV news to be new. And when it’s an hour newscast, once a day, maybe it is. When there are 24 hours of airtime to fill . . . .

I could never figure out why my dog would sniff and sniff and sniff to find that one spot to lift his leg. What made that spot different and preferable to all the other spots of grass that looked exactly alike, at least to me? Anybody know? I mean anyone who can speak English? My dog would only explain in undecipherable woofs and tail wags when I asked.

Habits and assurances are not always the same. Doesn’t that just dog you? Is it high noon, there is no shadow of the sun. Speaking of habits or even ocdc, it may remind us of that political party with are the Right fellows.

Don’t spoil the dog’s fun. Life is one adventure after another. There is no “Been there, done that” to check off on his bucket list.

I see the 24-hour news cycle, and that’s probably it, but my first thought was the presidential election cycle. Same old nuts every four years. ♫ Laugh about it, shout about it ♪ When you’ve got to choose Every way you look at it you loose. ♫
