… wait … you’re not impressed by guys who say they play guitar? and the reason is that you are so much more accomplished … singing as you do, etc., etc.? Would you be impressed if that guys name was Eric Clapton or Jeff Beck or say Chet Adkins, Les Paul, Duane Eddy, or my favorite Ry Cooder??

that’s not what i meant by “playing guitar” which is actually just me having a fixed set of responses that you can learn to invoke properly to have a harmonious experience or suffer the cacophony of your ineptitude in invoking my responses to provide a harmonious experience so it’s really more like i’m blaming somebody else for a difficult relationship because i’m sort of a jerk like that

Guys aren’t generally very impressive. Especially if they try to make a big show of something. Then, they’re just trying to cover their lack of talent or accomplishment.

Thankfully, I don’t “play guitar”, my poor sense of rhythm extends solely to playing the kitty drums.

I’m not impressed by guys who “play guitar.” Not by girls who “play guitar” and more besides, either.

She’s got that Grace the Face million mile gaze going.
