Many years ago, I saw a 65 year old Karl Wallenda walk a high wire across Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia. Halfway across, he stopped and did a headstand on the wire. I don’t think you’ll see any silly magicians trying that.
People won’t buy tickets just to see you walk back and forth on a rope. You have to do more than that to keep them entertained for more than a minute or two. Take a look at this Ukrainian lady on the slack rope:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdHaQMjmUkg
Can you do that? If you can, would anyone want to see you do it?

Evil Knevil’s act was based on how spectacular the thing they hoped won’t happen is.
