Calculator? Of course! But I have to admit to using the ones in my devices the most.
Anybody with a smartphone has a calculator… I use that one a lot.Plus, there are TWO built into Windows 8.1… the so-called “metro app”, which I don’t like, and the one in the “Accessories” folder, that updates with each new version of Windows.Because of that, my handheld ones have sort of vanished into the clutter…but I know I still have an HP10B real estate calculator from about 1988, and an even older TI programmable…. someplace….What I don’t understand is you guys who say you can’t do math but you don’t use a calculator…what do you do when you have to figure stuff out?
I have a calculator, because laptop doesn’t have a numeric keyboard (but does have a touchpad which I don’t know how to deactivate so using computer calculator is very annoying) and Killer Sudoku takes lots of adding.I also have a watch but I stopped using it three months ago when I got a new baby as she requires a lot of carrying about and watch could scrape her. I would prefer just looking at my wrist over fishing for my phone any time, though.
Our sons both have calculators in college. Of course, they’re studying physics and math,Mao these calculators are nothing like what I’m used to. By the way, when I was in high school, the calculator was a brand new concept – they were still using slide rules – so when my sister bought one, it cost hundreds of dollars for what are now free giveaways.

She is an amazing young lady and my wife and I are very proud of her.
After she saw the video for the first time, she came over with tears in her eyes, hugged me, and told me she loved me. I might have had a few tears in my eyes, too. It was probably one of the toughest things I’ve done not to bawl all the way down the aisle

More on topic, I have a bunch of calculators. And a slide rule. But I think I broke one of them adding up the cost of the wedding.
I don’t have a calculator, but I do have an adding machine. It’s too big to get lost on this mayhem of a desk, and when I’m working with lots of numbers, a tape is Good. My watch is so old I still have to wind it.
Canon MP11DX, this baby sits on my desk at work, and gets used just about every day.
Also have a hand held at home which gets used fairly regular as well. And I have about 3 watches. Which I should start wearing again. They all need batteries.

And… I still wear a watch…but not the one I used to have, that had a teeny calculator in it.

Here is a picture (complements of Wikipedia) of a Burroughs adding machine similar to the one I used to use in our business…
