If you have to pay $50,000 for a “guide” to show you the way to your target, are you really the “hunter” that you aspire to be? Or simply a carcass collector?

So we can blame it on health care and the reduction in infant mortality, which increases the population, requiring more land to be used for living space and farmland. Okaaaay.

I’m for naming the world’s oceans Adolf so we don’t feel so bad about what we’re doing to them.

I appreciate the humor, especially as a means to protect young men. Unless the cop is a former dentist. What then? Will the kid get drilled? I know, it’s all convoluted. But my point here is that this lion was being studied. He wasn’t named on a whim. Also, he lived in a national park and had to be lured out. Add to that the fact this recreational big-game murderer first shot the lion with a arrow, then after almost 2 days of wandering around wounded, the suffering ended when this tough guy killed him with his trusty rifle. I would think that as a member of a society dedicated to healing, this jerk would be against causing suffering. Oh, wait, he can pop for 50 grand to kill a lion. He’s obviously only in the medical field for the money. Nevermind.
