I’m 100% for capital punishment. I think everyone in the capital deserves to be punished.

I think I found my write-in candidate for the 2016 election!.…Providing that the Alameda County (California) Registrar of Voters will allow a blank space for that on their ballots..Lately, that bureaucratic dictatorship only allows the registered candidates on the final ballot and no space for a write-in.

Law professionals are typically knowledgeable about all the different reversals of a case, so they can follow this train of events. The part that I don’t like is when news reporters, who also are familiar with the reversals, glibly reference them in their stories, as if everybody knew.

We should all be aware when there is a politically motivated cartoon or commenter, there will be need for plenty of hip waders…

This funny, sort of…it would be a lot funnier if it weren’t so real. You can watch or listen to just about any politician and hear this kind of nonsense anytime. After a while it gets downright irritating.
