It’s like what I saw yesterday evening. A family chasing after a full grown dog that likes to run. I thought it was funny. The mom told me her little ones the oldest let the dog out. There dad had parked the car legally on a side street started running after the dog. I never seen how that ended.
Then told me the next block up a teenager was driving a truck car it three parked cars the last two where close together and the teenager damaged the front part of the truck in the middle the two cars. Glad I’m not in his shoes. Neighbors claimed he was going too fast and hotdoging it.
Usually when I go for walks it’s very calm.

If that’s a lively day in your town, it’s a lot quieter than mine! Except that here in New York City teenagers don’t drive trucks … the majority of adults and almost all teenagers don’t drive at all, and weeks can go by in which I never see a pickup.
There’s nothing in that description that implies abuse or neglect. ‘Puny’ and ‘eyes bugged out’ describes all Chihuahuas! ‘Dirty-looking’ can be a colour, as in ‘dirty-blond hair’. ‘Greasy’ just means he found some dirt (or grease) to roll in, i.e. a happy dog!!

Ruthies eyes look as though she’s in Cul de Sac. and the dog sounds as though it is neglected and even abused. That is not funny. but I LOVE OBH
