Goat and Cow do look remarkably similar (even Zebra)
knight1192a almost 9 years ago
Oh please tell me we’re in for Guard Duck waging a second war on cows. Think that was the story arc with Snuffles becoming a helikitty that got merged into the Rat forms his own country arc and the crocs dealing with “Da Google.”

cdgar almost 9 years ago
Straight from the cow’s mouth. You heard it here first. Now, for the udder side of the story, Heeere’s Stephan…..

Did you hear about the farmer who milked his cow with cold hands? He had no feeling for udders.
DocNero almost 9 years ago
Rat thinks that that pun lack-toses any humour in it.

I found this strip very a-moo-sing
harlequindugong1914 almost 9 years ago
I know that I am probably going to be excoriated for opining this, but am I really alone in thinking that it is incredibly and cringeworthily narcissistic – and also somewhat unprofessional – for a cartoonist to make himself a major character in a comic strip which he is writing? Pastis sure loves himself (rolls eyes)…
harlequindugong1914 almost 9 years ago
That’s just Pastis doing anything that he can think of to feed his gargantuan ego and attract attention to himself. His narcissism is positively vomitous.
route66paul almost 9 years ago
Cows have hooves, no toes, so pig has lack toes tolerance.
Number Three almost 9 years ago
Is there no udder people you can go with?

Connie should put something on.She must be Friesian.

Separate Stephan Pastis the cartoonist with Stephan Pastis the comic strip character. I really love having wondered so much about this earlier this year that I looked up to see if it was based on reality and learned that some folks didn’t believe Staci when she was telling them it was only in the strip it was happening. And it was folks who were supposed to be close to them.

I kinda like this pun today.
tulpoeid_ almost 9 years ago
Yawn. That’s the end of this strip for me. It’s been on probation since “taking my talents”, yesterday’s only made it worse and now I don’t see any point anymore. Goodbye.
Mary McNeil Premium Member almost 9 years ago
Milked that one, Pastis !
ValancyCarmody Premium Member almost 9 years ago
I love this strip and I love Pastis. I think he’s cute.

Waited til all the comments were in… still an udder failure
rgcviper almost 9 years ago
OK, seriously—where does Pastis keep getting all these cringe-worthy (yet amusing) puns?
Not sure whether to laugh or to punish him.
(I would make some “udderly” joke, but looks like many posters beat me to it.)

Maybe she should call her cousin the mad cow from Liberty Meadows
Mentor397 almost 9 years ago
It’s not just her udder. Cow’s horns seem to be growing frame by frame.
bmonk almost 9 years ago
Can I horn in here? This pun seems to be an udder disaster. The way Stephan spins a tail, you know what is coming out in a minute.
