First rule for riding an elevator with others: Someone has to push the floor button for each person. Otherwise, not all of them will be able to get off…
When I have my therapy dog (the Easter Beagle) working in the hospital and we are seeing patients, I always remember to ask anyone getting on an elevator with us if they are allergic to dogs. I adopted my dog when she was 6, so the first time I took her in the hospital and into an elevator I was a little concerned how she might react. I had decided to just act like it was normal, and she didn’t freak out when the floor “moved.” She was aware, but not frightened, maybe because I was calm. Now she gets excited because she loves her work. For Easter, she has a leash with Bunnies on it.
At least it doesn’t appear they crowded themselves in and around the wheelchair bashing into the injured lady. It appears she just got on after they did.
One time I was on an elevator when a well-endowed young woman got on and I couldn’t help but notice her. She asked me to press one for her, and I don’t remember much after that.
Recently stayed at a hotel for a convention. Got on the elevator after a very long day of sessions (totally exhausted) and asked someone to press 5 for me. Then realized the car had panels on both sides and I was standing right in front of the other one.

I am always amazed at the people who do this. A real head-shaker.

I’m sure the 3rd floor Joy wants is different than the wheelchair lady’s 3rd floor..
