My first job was pumping gas. (in the 80’s!) There was a woman who would come in every day or 2, and get $5 worth in her Camaro convertible. She would always tip $1. One time I felt sorry for her and just put in $6 worth.
…that sign up there over Einstein’s head: it’s been a looooonng time a-go, but I’ve actually seen people “clean” their whole car off with the gas station squeegee……….usually trying to get the salt spray accrued from a recent “snow event” off the car…….
