I liked the first 2, the 3rd was okay. I saw the first prequel and stopped as it sucked. I have a real life so don’t need to obsess on a movie. I’m interested to see what this does on Rotten Tomatoes.

I liked all of the movies, and will see the new one soon, but never obsessed about any of them. Just fun and reasonably priced entertainment.

OK, since we’re discussing the new movie here … those of you who have seen it, would it be fair to say that you only need to see the original trilogy first? Or is it best to have seen the prequels too? Because I’ve got a daughter who hasn’t even finished the original trilogy yet[^*], and I need to get her up to speed as quickly as possible.
