With some “college graduate” job seekers, starting at the “bottom” would be absolutely unthinkable !
Years ago I had a job applicant, fresh out of college, with no actual job experience, become irate because I wouldn’t give him a managerial position, immediately. After all, he reasoned, he had a degree in Business Management !
