That’s a new one when it comes to senior moments if you ask me: “preheat the microwave.”

It’ll be a long time before they eat pizza tonight.

I take it that Opal doesn’t have a convection microwave.

It looks like he already has the food in the microwave, and that’s good..Never run a microwave oven empty—you could ruin it.

Preheating the microwave. Next up, rewinding the DVD.

That’s okay. I don’t like pizza anyway.

I’ll bet he has a coat hanger in his car……. in case he gets locked out.

The directions said " Preheat oven to 350 degrees…"

This is an oven, isn’t it ?"

Sometimes I think Earl is pretty smart. Then there’s times that he’s as dumb as a box of rocks.

What’s the difference between heating and preheating? NOTHING! You do the same thing.

C’mon, microwaves have been around for over thirty years.

Only Superman could preheat a microwave that way.

I hope he at least took it out of the box.

Remember the ’ Radar Range ’. I hope Earl has a glass of water in there.

actually I do this all the time in my microwave convection oven, I use the microwave portion to cook it for 5 minutes first, then I pre-heat to 350 for 10 mins to finish cooking it and crisp it up. It works really well for fries, tator tots and what we refer to as cheapy pizza’s. Compared to the pre-heat a regular oven for 10 to 15 mins then bake for 12 to 15, its faster and doesn’t heat up the whole house hardly…but in earls case with a regular microwave, good luck with that.

All I’m going to say to this one is…
