Lucy wants answers, but she forgot th question. There are many things about life you can ask. Life itself doesn’t have an answer unless YOU give it one.

The moment I read the strip, I knew that someone would make a Hitchhiker reference.

Yeah. Shoulda said 42.

Maybe Linus meant that the character “5” has the answers…

I always preferred “12” to either “5” or “42”, although Douglas Adams and I disagree over that point.

Well, “5” was the answer Lucy gave to the reason Linus had to do the Christmas pageant.

Does this mean Lucy will build a supercomputer to find the question that “5” is the answer for?

She gave him five. That was a pretty real answer. So Linus was right.

5 is the number of fingers Lucy wrapped into a fist to belt Linus. That girl has anger issues.

When someone addresses me with the leading comment: “I’ve got a question…”, I always try to get in the answer (usually “four”, but sometimes “blue” or “yesterday”) before they ask the question. That way, they can’t claim my answer was wrong. I simply point out that since I went first, it is their question that is wrong – not my answer.

It’s really just a matter of perspective.

Isn’t Lucy’s advice worth…

Love that!!! I was going to make the obvious answer of “42”but so many other before, so I wont go that way, but your“wrong question” is great!

But the Question is “How Many Roads Must a Man Walk Down”! .No, it’s “What do You Get When You Multiply 6 by 9” which is actually 54 and proves Arthur Dent was right all along and that there is something fundamentally wrong with the universe. .But then, we’ve always known THAT!
