She should have given Arlo 13 and gotten odds.

Reminds me of the I Love Lucy episode where Lucy was working in a restaurant and trying to toss a pizza. It kept getting sucked into the air vents and would land on some customer in the dining area.

It’s never been true that you could do anything you set your mind on. And it’s really bad when you drop that bomb on children.

If some lummox in a pizzeria can learn to hand-toss, he can surely do it, too. But now, what’s the point, when she’s sucked all the joy out of it.

Making all that dough that’s sitting right there on the table is going pretty far for a joke, don’t you think, Janis?

That’s just mean, Janis.

The fact that she expects to be left with the cleanup or face petrified pizza dough on the ceiling and watch you paint over it?

Ah, yes, we all start out with way too much self-confidence, don’t we?

Hand tossing pizza dough is simple. Tossing said dough into a usable shape requires just a taaaad more experience!
