It took me a minute to pay attention to the shirt color.

Pity that isn’t the greatest worry with which most couples have to deal; and all don’t get resolved as amicably!

Poor girl used to worry about women showing up with her same outfit.

Who said (or even implied) that she was unhappy? Neither my husband nor I wanted to be like those old folks who dressed alike.

In lighter moments my wife and I do rock, paper, scissors when choosing a restaurant.

Me thinks you need some relief(other than comic relief)

I don’t have a problem is my wife is wearing the same color as me. But if she had a problem with it,I’m sure that I would be the one that would have to change.

They’ll have to wait a few weeks for St. Patrick’s Day to both wear green at the same time.

The Rock, Paper, Scissors decided who changed. Janis lost.

No, they were rock-paper-scissoring to see who changed their shirt so they didn’t match.

Take a closer look… both of them have the same expression on their face in panel two. So neither of them wants to be wearing the same shirt as the other.

This wouldn’t be an issue for my wife or for me. Many’s the time we’ve gone out for the day wearing similar if not identical articles of outerwear.

When my husband and I were dating… I would drive down to see him. Several times I would arrive and we were wearing the same color shirts and/or pants/shorts… Now when I come home from work, there are times I’m still surprised we dressed similarly..
