I couldn’t count how many times I’ve panicked because my cell phone’s not in my pocket and then I realize I’m using it.

This is why I hang up my kids’ jackets, to confuse them. Cognitive dissonance fosters intellectual development.

An ordered world is not for Calvin.

My mum mislaid her glasses once, and said “I can’t see to look for them ‘til I’ve found them”.

Probably someone who is sick of you leaving your stuff on the floor, Calvin.

I hate when I can’t find my coat because it’s in the closet, but yes, it’s worse when I can’t find my glasses because I’m wearing them. :P

Sounds like Calvin has the same “filing system” I have: random access.

Ah to be a kid again. Organized means laid out on my floor.

My credo: Things should always be where you last put them – not where someone else put them.

Mom got up one night to go to the bathroom and put on Dad’s glasses. Looked in the mirror as she washed her hands and we heard her hollering that she was going blind.

Mum’s been tidying up again.

This is exactly how my children look for everything. They look in all of the places except where it is suppose to be.

I took my glasses back to the optician because my distance vision had gone blurry. Turned out I’d been wearing dollar store reading glasses for a week!

Don’t you just hate it when they spoil your perfectly messed up room?

A couple of weeks ago, I was looking all over the place for my belt, when I discovered I was wearing it!

Right where things “should” be is not where we want them.

He should’ve realized it would be safe had he put in his bathroom..
