Tillie never knew what hit her. Thanks to the robber mice stealing The Man’s pen they are fleshing out the story of what happened all those years ago.

Lupin, clinging to the side of Elvis’ face is about the funniest thing I’ve seen all month! : D You GO, Georgia! ♥♥♥ Watching everyone’s reactions and points of view is so much fun. “That calculator is playing music!”

Hope the ghost cat becomes a semi-regular.

I love the detail of the baby and toddler in the laundry basket. But mostly I love, love, love Puck trying to protect Tillie.

Really enjoying this storyline. Like a lot of ghost stories it has an air of melancholy about it. Luckily the cats add just the proper amount of humor and feline perspective to balance out the sad parts. I hope it ends well with Tillie and Freddie finally reuniting.

There is SO much in this one you can hardly keep up. The cats buzzing around; people making discoveries; “crackerjack” and "lumberjack’ in the last panel…beyond adorable. The Woman’s and Man’s expressions about the poor cat….what a FABULOUS strip. Always, but especially today! WOW!

I’ve read this before and I am still discovering Easter eggs in it. I remember the robber mice crawling along the ceiling, but hadn’t noticed Lupin hiding in the laundry basket before!

Awww… Puck trying to keep Tille from seeing she is dead. How sweet. I still hope that they realize the ghost is a cat.

Oh dear, I send this comic to a soft-hearted cat lover each time a new strip comes out. When Tillie first appeared, my friend worried about something sad happening. I assured her that Ms. Dunn would never write a sad story and that I was sure Tillie and her loved ones lived peacefully to a ripe old age. But I’m going to have to skip sending my friend the rest of this story arc and hope she doesn’t ask about it.

Don’t misunderstand! I, a great cat lover, am enjoying the story. I think it is sweet.

This arc is awesome. I had to go back to the beginning. I have been away. Ghost cats! And Freddie the ghost. Oooh.

I’ve read this entire comic strip from it’s beginning at least three times, and the first panel in this strip always makes me laugh. Ms. Dunn is such a good visual storyteller!

Time traveling today (September 25, 2024) … and I’ve just noticed for the first time that the laundry basket has cute ears and is holding a microphone!
