If March starts with bad weather it is, In like a lion and out like a lamb. If is the reverse, it is In like a lamb and out like a lion. This year March couldn’t decide what it wanted to be so it was In like a lion, played like a lamb, and then ended in a roar.In the mid-South, April’s cold snap is Dogwood Winter (now), and May’s cold snap is Blackberry Winter, generally around Mother’s Day.

After going through two days of snow, yeeeeup that’s an apt description.
