I still have my sixth grade graduation ring. I always put it in the same finger. It still fits and I received it in 2006. I guess my fingers never grew beyond that point.

Rat should take some beer bottles, shatter them, and make some costume jewelry from the best pieces. Then take and melt down a beer can and cast it into a ring into which he puts the beer bottle costume jewelry.
