Just got off BreakingCatNews website where they have just posted today’s comic. So both websites are now in sync. That means they go back to 2 comic’s a week.“sad music plays”! I absolutely love Natasha saying “We’ll get through this, Kit”!

Our XI Lives is just amazing, far better than anything we get on tv. Just love how the hospital has the little cat-like points on the roof, lol even the palm tree on the right reminds me of a tail.And Elvis is channeling my dad today, he thinks that unless it’s the news it’s just not worth watching :p i’m with Puck and the others, they’re real to us!

And the grin on father’s face? I like the hospital socks/slippers

The hospital cat bed is cute. So many little details to look at, makes this comic fun to re-read over and over again.

What’s especially wonderful about being in sync is now there are two sets of comments to read! I absolutely love the comments here, people telling their own experiences, etc. plus I don’t tend to spot the details until someone points it out such as the hospital cat bed,.

Loved the smile & wink on “sick father” in 4th panel.

Oh My Cat! (to coin a phrase). This brings back memories of me ‘watching’ the daily soaps with my mother during summer vacation. As the World Turns, General Hospital, Days of Our Lives, The Edge of Night. Of course, the coolest could be seen after school (if you were fast) — Dark Shadows. Yes, BCN is real — in my heart

This is as crazy as a ….well….a soap opera!

Not a big soap opera fan now but in my youth I was hooked on Dark Shadows. Quentin the werewolf—yum!

I will miss having one of my favorite strips everyday but I can imagine how much work and time it would take. Great work Georgia. You bring a lot of joy and laughter into a lot of peoples lives.

One more thing: DR. MITTENS!? Does it GET any better than that No!

Oh, my Cat! Is that Captain Nimble (Princess’s beau) and some long lost siblings for Sweetheart Taggart?

Actually, what I’d like to see is Our IX Lives as a daily 3- or four-panel B & W parody strip while BCN continues on its current schedule.

“Real in my heart” means “not real, but I want to pretend it is.”

Gah! Sentimental slop! I want hard news. And I want it every day.

But I’ll have to get used to the twice weekly format again. However, it does give me a chance to look at each strip several times and find all the gems I missed on the first read-through.

Why am I repeating myself? Senility?

Long or short, everything this artist does is terrific. Even the simpler strips have an abundance of detail…like the bonus Sunday with Sophie, which included such things as a paper crane made from an envelope, and the steadily dropping, then rising, ears of Sophie. Very eloquent.

From now on I wish to be known as Dr Mittens.

Brad has a comb-over reminiscent of Trump! ROFLOL But it looks cute on Brad.

I read the strip then the comments and then have to go back and discover all the delicious tidbits. Well done. Love the book too.

Yay!
