I like how the critics are all cow versions of Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert (god rest their souls)

The cows were hired under a very fair-minded equal employment opportunity law, but ultimately the producers were able to show that the job does in fact require thumbs. So the next week they brought in a couple of apes.

thesource It depends on the breed. Unless polled or surgically removed, cows have horns. Steers generally have the longest, particularly in longhorns.
