The individuals making those statements are fully employed and their personal economies are fine..On the other hand: “When you’re out of work and can’t find a job, for you personally, unemployment is 100%.”
They always give the unemployment rate, which is based upon people getting benefits. I’m more interested in the employment rate. What percentage of the “working” adult population is paying taxes?
Carmen, you refuse to believe anything that doesn’t conform to your own view. And as GG stated, depending on your individual situation your perception can be quite different. That’s how the Dump can say our military is in ruins, but the whole world is scared of us because we spend more than the next 12 major 1st world nations combined.
Well, since St Ronnie taught us that government only lies, I guess we can believe anything we want, and it makes it so. So I guess everything bush told us must have been lies, too.
I’m not worried about money. Ivanka Trump sold me a nice bridge at a really competitive price. Now anyone who goes from Manhattan to Brooklyn has to pay me the toll.
We’ve hit the point, for some people, that there is no such thing as “reputable” source of information unless that source agrees with our view of reality. You can’t disprove if you can’t get an agreement on reality. Hence Obama is a secret Muslim, the government is seeding the skies with chemicals, etc… it does appear that the GOP goes past the edge into the fantasy realm on a regular basis.

Ah yes, the typical conservative “ignore the statistics, trust your gut” approach. No wonder you guys are so disconnected from reality.
