Maybe Adam is saying that to his son because Batman has no parents…. Adam pretty much wants to be alive!

The kid is more practical than the old man.

I am not aware of any instance in which Batman’s garb stopped bullets. Stopping bullets, to my recollection, was never a thing with him, that was more of a Superman thing. Last time I checked a person can shoot a hole through a tire as easily as one can shoot a hole through a shirt. Of course I am not taking into account the paradigm of superhero physics.

Cotton doesn’t stop bullets—but it’s amazing what spandex can do!

Every time I see the Batman symbol, I am reminded of a mouthful of teeth in desperate need of braces.

The Grammar Gremlins are at work again! It is for this reason I try to thoroughly check my comment before I post it.

Of course, I still screw up occasionally even when my grammar is perfect…

I like Batman and Superman. While Batman is quite edgy and terse, Superman is simply cool and suave…

The biggest advantage of being Batman is that you can retire and still be filthy rich. That is why I like Iron Man. He can fly. He can be a superhero when he wants and a rich idle playboy at other times. However the missing heart thing could be bad.
