    Pro-life?

    .

Is that one of them, you know, politically correct deals where you can’t call anti-abortion what it is?

    .

(And we all know that birth control is really a form of abortion.)

Quote"Personally, I like Pro-Birth; the idea that, once conceived, every man has a right to be born"

Right… so not only do women have a right to determine what happens to their body, you don’t even think they have a right to be born. (note you said every man has a right to be born)

“Look, first of all, let me just say about Trump, who I admire and I’ve tried to help as much as I can. There’s a big Trump and a little Trump,” Gingrich said on Fox Business Thursday morning in a comment that evoked Trump’s slam on Marco Rubio as “Little Marco.” “The little Trump is frankly pathetic. I mean, he’s mad over not getting a phone call?”

A statement issued late Wednesday by the group Liberty United Against Trump strongly rebuked the candidate as well as the school’s president, Jerry Falwell Jr., for defending Trump after he made extremely lewd comments about women in a 2005 video. The students wrote that Falwell’s support for Trump had cast a stain on the school’s reputation.

“We are Liberty students who are disappointed with President Falwell’s endorsement and are tired of being associated with one of the worst presidential candidates in American history,” the statement said. “Donald Trump does not represent our values and we want nothing to do with him. … He has made his name by maligning others and bragging about his sins. Not only is Donald Trump a bad candidate for president, he is actively promoting the very things that we as Christians ought to oppose.”

Used to be the Catholic Church believed there were vegetative, animal & rational stages of the development of the soul during pregnancy. Human life began at quickening. Their main problem with early abortion was it’s use to conceal “fornication”.

“The Pill” doesn’t prevent conception. It prevents the fertilized egg (i.e. conception has occurred) from implanting in the uterine wall.

Of course, I doubt Jesus would be a “single issue” voter at all.

    .

He certainly wasn’t opposed to taxation: “Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s.” After all, it’s George Washington’s face on the $1 bill, not yours.

McCoy is as ignorant about what Jesus taught as he is about everything else regarding public policy. The Bible is completely pro-choice. http://emerald7tfb.wordpress.com/2011/05/22/abortion-and-judeo-christian-religion/

Sueamarlucan: Just so you might think about it: the sperm, and the ovum, are both LIVIING CELLS before conception! The definition of life, is indeed confused in folks unaware of biology. The first stages after conception are also NOT HUMAN BEINGS YET! Which, as “God” terminates roughly fifty percent of those fertilized embryos before they attach to the uterus, and even more during the development process, and it’s called “miscarriage”, it is perhaps the work of the ultimate abortionist.

That is the traditional view not only held throughout Christianity, but also Judaism and Islam. The “life begins at conception” view is relatively unknown prior to the late 19th century

Ah, ChevJames007, has no idea what Planned Parenthood does, but is absolutely committed to criminalizing things you cannot stop from happening, rather than making them as safe and rare as possible. He certainly doesn’t know how much the abortion rate has fallen thanks to PP’s educational efforts and distribution of birth control.
