No, obamacare was where I have to pay more than my mortgage and find out out any good healcare doesn’t accept the Obamacare coverage. Universal healthcare is where the government decides how sick you are and then gives you a dollar and tells the doctor how to treat you for the dollar. Next gen healthcare? @ RC: not to dispute here, but what has come to be called Obamacare is actually virtually identical to a plan devised by then governor Mitt Romney. So what you’re commenting on is actually Romneycare.
The plan was devised by the Heritage Foundation, a version was used by Romney and “Newt” Gingrich had a hand in it. The Right Wing Democrats made a bit softer, but otherwise didn’t change it fundamentally.
