There’s a store I visit that uses apostrophes everywhere; camera’s, card’s, book’s…I just want to go in sometime with a bottle of White-Out and fix them all.
And sometimes a typo is merely a typo. When one has effective tremor (formerly senile palsy), almost any key might get hit and a poorfredder is required.

Superfluous apostrophe’s are especially common in grocery store produce departments. That’s why they’re known as greengrocers’ apostrophe’s.

Proofreader (one word) is acceptable. In context, it should have been obvious, the misspell was intentional.
