It’s actually the body that ages, your mind and heart does only if you want to. People find it so hard to understand that, but that’s just because people don’t know that being childish doesn’t mean you’re being immature. You can be mature and enjoy life like a child would.
Walt was very grown up and mature when he testified before the House Unamerican Activities Committee about “commie symps” in the entertainment industry.
A friend recounted a conversation with his then eight year old son in a video rental store (remember those?) the week that Jim Henson had died. My friend had selected a Muppet movie and his kid said, “Why? I want a Disney movie.” His dad started to explain, “Well, Jim Henson died just this week and….” The kid says, “So? Walt Disney is dead too!”
Walts biggest gripe was that those grown ups that worked for him wanted to be paid for their work. He was so enraged at their reasonable demands that he went before the HUAC and denounced several of them as communists (they were not) and they were blackballed from the industry. I hope Walts freezer fails & he thaws.

Mark did also a tribute on his sister strip “Heart of the City.” (Liō is missing the ears in that outfit.)

Very nice message! Good idea Liō. I’ll go get my big shoes, and maybe a trampoline. Perhaps I’ll add a hose and soap.

People may have grown up, but that doesn’t mean they’re mature.

Now make the fairy stories like they should be, without singing tea cups and “happily ever after”.

Very good, the window reflection on shoes and pie cut eyes and of course the gloves and big buttons on the strap pants.

Those new Mikey Mouse shorts are done in that pie eye style. Did you know that Minnie is wearing a black shirt? Got that one answered.
