Aye SharkNose,AND I always thought that Rodney walked about with both his feet firmly planted on the ground,BUT judging by where I see the damage he’d gotten from the mine,he must have walked into the mine on his hands,with his feet up in the air.Quite a feat Rod lad,nice balancing act….sorry about the mine though. There’ll be lots of coal in that Hun mine-layer’s Xmas stocking this year!?!
I did a cartoon like this once (one long panel meant to be turned sideways when read) and the editor of a paper contacted me to ask if they had to print it that way. I guess I understand the confusion but I couldn’t help but wonder if this happens to cartoonists a lot.
