I posted a picture of Pogo and his friends performing “Boston Charlie” to my Facebook page last night. I had no idea Team Tracy was thinking the same thing! Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to all!

Walt Kelly is gone; Pogo is dead. But Boston Charlie lives on. It is right and fitting.

After a day with no internet, I finally get to see this! I seem to remember that Pogo and Dick Tracy both ran on the front page of the Sunday comics of my paper in the 1960’s. And – Friday the 13th actually comes on a Friday next month! (A more obscure Pogo reference.
