It is not hard to be an Orthoptera lover. When they are properly cooked in Asia, they taste pretty good.

I expected more acrida comments.

Orthoptera Tacos are a favorite of mine and they are quite tasty when I add them to my salted nuts, with a little chili and lime.

Bicycle enthusiasts tell me that a high incidence of orthoptera can negate the requirement to pause at intervals for sustenance, as long as one maintains hydration.
