Thanks for explaining it. Still not sure how “mattress factory” equates to “sleeping with a woman whose troubles are worse than your own”, or why putting the Pharma Factory there is a questionable thing.

And you sleep, usually, on mattresses.

In real life, this would be perfect. It’s already zoned at least in part for retail, so: pharmacy in front (including plenty of OTC like aspirin and antacids xD), the remainder is the warehouse.
