One good thing about the Trump administration is that encouraged by his hate-mongering, people who have previously been hiding in the shadows have come forth and openly demonstrated their fear, hate and in some cases, violence against other human beings. I used to think that they were a very small segment of the population. Now I know that there are millions of them. The country isn’t just sick, it’s critically ill. At least now, we know the magnitude of the problem.

A FACT is an absolute. Something is either a fact or it is not. Ex: right now, at noon , it is daylight. Fact. You nailed it, Wiley!

It is only daylight where some people are. Twelve time zones away, it is dark. A corollary to this is, if you close your eyes, all beer is dark.

Sort of a timely strip given what happened last night at the Oscars “Alternate Facts District.” Was that fake news or just being too stupid or distracted to read a note card?

In the town my dad grew up in they had a stop light with green on top and red on the bottom, but only in one direction, due to the shared bulbs it used.

On the use of “Drumpf” for "Trump:

During the campaign, Trump mocked Jon Stewart for changing his name from “Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz” (his given name) saying that Stewart was ashamed of his family name. John Oliver said that we should therefore call Donald Trump by his family name “Drumpf” which his ancestor changed as being too Germanic.

If Trump had never mocked Stewart he would not be mocked as Drumpf.

“Fair play” has to work both ways for it to be “fair.”

I once saw a sign that said, “Free Parking, $1 an hour.”
