Wilma and Betty are married to cavemen too, Opal, and I don’t hear much complaining from them when it comes to Fred and Barney having that same dilemma as Earl.
My wife wipes of the crumbs around my lips. I tell her it is ‘second serving’ for me. One good thing about her doing that- I have more room for desert.
Tried to change mine. Gave up, thought our differences too untenable and decided to split. Then tried separate she/man caves and that works. Much less trying to change each other when we have our own spaces to be who we really are. Too old to be alone or to start over. Sometimes you just stay for the company.
My paper left out the 4th panel (well, why don’t you get it out of there?), which really messed up the flow. Did this happen to anyone else? (Virginian-Pilot)

A man marries a woman assuming she won’t change. A woman marries a man assuming he will change. Both are wrong.

Actually, I suspect a lot of guys are just like Earl, only they don’t act on those impulses.
