Millennials face the same discrimination as any other youth of any time period, it seems. I found this quote from the 1700s, for instance. “Surely, no; a race of effeminate, self-admiring, emaciated fribbles can never have descended in a direct line from the heroes of Potiers and Agincourt.”
You know, this is why I love B.C.. It’s the only comic strip I can think of that has continued to add new twists and still keep the spirit of the strip after someone has taken over for the original creator.

Very funny, the artist is self-referential in this one.
Reminds me of the time one discovered the organ which circulated blood in their bodies and gave them life. He decided to call it a Hart.
The other accused him of being a suck-up.

Sometimes the old way is always the best way. Millennial’s aren’t very clever.

The artist is the original’s grandson Isn’ t he? Or does the grandson just run the business.

seems more conducive for breaking fourth walls though

There is actually a fate worse than millennials running the business…..and that’s letting 80’s pop-psychologists run HR.

Too much “paneling”. Takes away from the BC prehistoric landscape. The eye does not flow well with the ovals & wood-looking paneling.

Saw a similar discussion on a luthier page recently. It’s funny how many time modern ‘experimenters’ end up returning to the tried and true.

I knew something was different. The strip has ceased to be clever. I’ll give it a few more weeks before I drop it.
