I’ve never been to a coffee shop like that and would immediately turn around and leave. To me coffee is coffee and all these differences were only created for the purpose of over charging. I don’t see any sense in paying six to seven dollars for a cup of coffee I can get anywhere else for a third of that, or less. And even two dollars a cup seems to be over priced to me.

What happened to the days when you could get a nice simple coffee with cream or just plain black?

This is why I make my own at home. It’s cheaper too!

I almost expected him to say, “I’ll have whatever kind you like.” And she would say, “Oh, I don’t like coffee.”
