The second panel is vaguely reminiscent of arguments I’ve made in court, though I managed to refrain from calling the judge a stupid bucket-head when he interrupted me.

Kevin is my favorite. He doesn’t get the little brother sentimentality of Dill or the “he’s gonna be handsome when he grows up” of Beni or the “I’d like to touch her hair” of Nara.
He’s just himself. In all his wonderfully flawed humanity … and his bucket head.
