Wow, that is deep snow! I can barely see the tip of Elvis’s tail. Guess it’s a good thing for those mice carolers that the boys are so focused on finding their way back to the big pink house. Otherwise, they could end up being breakfast.

love the foot shake. bogart does that so fast, like a wind-up toy, can’t imagine how they do it!

Robber mice!!!! Squee!! And I love how Elvis glances up at the lost poster of Tommy. You just know he won’t forget that, and how Tommy likes to feel apart of things.

It seems that snow is even worse than water. If it doesn’t melt and get your foot wet, it just get jammed in between your toes. (And THEN melts)!

I think Elvis is beginning to agree with hobbits regarding adventures: Nasty, dirty things that make you late for supper!

I googled my sister’s name as you suggested. There is nothing online about her death (at least not yet… but then, she only died this morning… or is it yesterday morning now?). However, I did discover that she had apparently had a twitter account that I had not been aware of (I don’t do twitter).

The last time she posted anything to it was January of this year.

I am up late tonight (I haven’t been to bed yet).

“You are in our backyard a LOT.” LOL – Tommy’s forging a path through whisker high snow and taking Elvis home and Mommy’s Special Boy is still complaining a little. He’s definitely the Siamese you can’t please.

First time I’ve seen the mice doing anything good. I still think they should be eaten, though.

I hope the woman lets him in and recognizes him from the poster on the pole so he gets home, too!

Every morning going to work I walk past Channel 7 doing their morning show, with lots of people standing outside hoping to get on TV. A bit like being caroling mice or Tommy.

Poor, sweet Thomas! and still with a smile on his face.

The link is above the title at the top of the comic.BTW: I ordered the print available, had it framed and it now hangs outside the CAT ROOM at my local animal shelter!!

We are so used Georgia’s skills! I am still stunned occasionally by her abilities. Notice Tommy’s image in the poster. It is tiny, but Georgia has branded his look so effectively that we know who it is even at 1/8 of an inch.

It would be nice if we could, somehow, re capture some of our good old days.

Tommy will. Its too late for me. I’m just working on getting some good new days.

Yep we finally get to see Elvis walking in the snow as he really would. Step shake, step shake. That’s why Siamese are always so thin their hatred for everything except their one favorite person burns continually. Plus the yowling burns lots of calories.

Did anyone notice that the poster on the telephone pole seems to be a “missing cat” who resembles Tommy?

My black kitty, Database, is going to the vet this afternoon to find out why she is wheezing. I hope it’s something that can be fixed with a shot or some such. Good thoughts appreciated.

Shaunn’s Sis here. We spent the whole day baking cookies but she said I HAD to get a word to you. I want to let all of you who need kind thoughts and prayers that I’m on it! Wish I could say more, but Shaunn wants me home before it gets any snowier. Good bye for now! Wishing all of you Tommy love!

Was just watching the news on tv and they had a report from Nova Scotia (eastern province in Canada for those who may not have heard of it). The provincial veterinary association has declared declawing to be ethically unacceptable which effectively bans it (unless medically necessary) in that province. A great first step in getting it banned in the whole country!

When I adopted my boys I had to sign an agreement to not declaw them and most adoption places now do that. When I worked at a shelter, it was shocking how many people didn’t know the poor cat’s toes were amputated when declawed.

Tommy can stay with me any day he wants to.
