When a neighbor was taken away by the police a while later, and the static with Mom cleared up, I developed a working hypothesis based on a hybridization of Spiderman and Dr. Strange. I theorized that it was some sort of a Spidey Sense and it worked in an out-of-body capacity. It was either that or a guest shot in a very special crossover episode, an idea entirely too lame to contemplate.
