Yesterday Sam said Tracy’s wrist radio is somewhere where it wasn’t send or receive. Today it seems to be receiving Chief Patton’s message. Maybe this is a botch on Joe & Mike’s part, or maybe this is how Tracy get’s rescued: the police can still lock in on the location. It does make for a great cliffhanger for a Sunday panel.
