Did ya ever hear a unicorn tap dance, on a tin roof late at night? That’s noise. Beautiful noise!

and then in a twinkling I heard on the roof the prancing and pawing of each little hoof

Oh if only she was awake to see it.

From now on whenever I hear rain on a rooftop I’ll think of Marigold.

…and thunder is really the sound of unicorns moving furniture…or maybe unicorns playing nine-pins (Washington Irving reference).

So THAT is what really happens when roofers claim need to replace due to hail.

Reminds me of that scene in Top Hat, Ginger wasn’t getting any sleep while Fred tapped, but slept soundly when he switched to pouring sand on the floor and doing a soft shoe shuffle.
