My father got a jury pass when, during the juror questioning by the judge, he acknowledged personally knowing: the judge, the prosecution and defence attorneys and both the plaintiff and defendant in the case. Santa Barbara, CA, in the 1950s.
Re The Blog: As sad as Annisa Jones’ OD was, a few years later her younger brother did the exact same thing. As did Dana Plato (Diff’rent Strokes), and then Dana’s son died, also (although their deaths were ruled suicide - hers by prescription drugs and his by gunshot - in Tulsa, Oklahoma, of all places, st2).
A bit of trivia - at one time, Johnny Whitaker (Jody) was Dana Plato’s manager, and has since become a certified drug counselor.

“Pigeons” looks like it could have been done by M. C. Escher. Neat!

The second “perm” model is Erin Gray. She was in Buck Rogers and Silver Spoons.

Don’t you know the sun rises only to warm me and to light my way? If the rest of the world gains some benefit , well thats just an ancillary effect.
