Interesting thought experiment. And the idea of our universe being ripped apart by dark matter as we accelerate into the future seems certain. Which means no Heat Death anymore and only one out pulse of the Big Bang. Further vaster and darker things will get till it is all dark and matter scattered never to coalesce again.
