To clarify “Golden Blood”: It’s still red, btw. We all know A, B, and O and the interaction of it for donating blood. Then there is the Rh factor. While it is generally just described as Rh positive and Rh negative, those two just tell whether one has the Rh D antigen. There are still over fourty others: C, c, E and e are the main ones that besides D have clinical significance (other Rh antigens are also rare). “Golden Blood” is blood type 0 without either D, C, c, E or e antigens. It’s also called Rh null.
